On these forums there are posters who demand that the percentage of anyone in everything should be representative of how many are in the population. Then we get into breakdowns that are debated or not as it does not fit a parameter. So, an African American may say that all politicians should equal 13% of all elected. We get into white. However, that is not balanced as there are different ethnic cultures. Do Polish, Italian, German, French, .etc. and Jewish have equal percentages as compared to their numbers in the population? And of course, there is gender in all. How do we even divide this up with diversity as it is not truly representative. We have not even gotten into Asian, Hispanic and other cultures.
