Former Capitol Police officer a forensic match for Jan. 6 pipe bomber, sources say

Depends how they plead.
Since they had them on video, many took a plea and received from a slap on the wrist to minimal jail time.

The average jail time for a misdemeanor trespassing-related charge from January 6th is approximately 48 days, but many defendants received probation or other non-custodial sentences, which lowers the average jail time to about 22 days when all misdemeanor sentences are considered. For those who received actual jail time, the average sentence was about 48 days, while for those who did not serve jail time, their average sentence included probation, home detention, or a fine.

Sentences were based on what they did in the restricted area. With only being in restricted areas probably resulted in probation.
Really??

Perhaps the Biden Admin. FBI/DOJ didn't like the optics?

I had forgotten about the MAGAt dipshits' pantheon of conspiracy batshittery about this.

My bet is they found out he was black and did not fit the agenda.
I'm pretty sure Wray testified that they couldn't locate the cell records for the bomber's phone but a congressman who was investigating the J6 charade, contacted three phone companies and they had the phone data. His name was Tom Longhouse maybe?
