Former Capitol Police officer a forensic match for Jan. 6 pipe bomber, sources say

Yet more evidence Trump is a moderate liberal.
I will be taking my exit from this thread now.

Don't blame me for that Mod move.

Charging people with trespassing for being outside of the Capitol building was chicken shit.
More than 1,100 people have been charged with trespassing for their actions on January 6th, making it one of the most common misdemeanor charges in the Jan. 6 cases.

The charge of knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds is a staple misdemeanor for many defendants,

a misdemeanor charge that bars unauthorized people from entering restricted areas protected by the U.S. Secret Service.

It did get the FBI off their asses. :laughing0301:
Or it could be using AI that wasn't previously available.
They hinted it was a matter of matching up tens of thousands of records of the purchase of various components.
Such as 22,000 sales of pipe end caps. And needing to go through dozens of components and finding the person who matched.

She planted it days sey.

Capitol Police Officer Shauni Kerkhoff Identified as J6 Bomber – Testified to Firing Pepper Balls on J6 Crowd – Then Months Later Went to Work Security at CIA

Shauni Kerkhoff went to work for the FBI after Jan. 6 protests. She testified against J6 defendant Guy Reffitt at his trial.

Two years after January 6, the FBI under the direction of Chris Wray offered a $500,000 reward for information on the alleged bomber

Lots of story here with twatter too. Games on//

Fired pepper balls into the J6 crowd! Imagine that. Promptly quit the Capitol Police Force to work for the FBI! Imagine that. Hey remember how we've been saying for years that Fed plants instigated the rush on the Capitol? :smoke:

The thread wasn't moved, or combined. It was an old thread that one of your guys resurrected.

nostra resurrected the thread with this post

Developing, but I’m betting it’s a lefty.

Biden’s DOJ couldn’t find this one for 4 years.

Nice job, President Trump.

And you get 2 years in the Gulag with no trial date for that?

Depends how they plead.
Since they had them on video, many took a plea and received from a slap on the wrist to minimal jail time.

The average jail time for a misdemeanor trespassing-related charge from January 6th is approximately 48 days, but many defendants received probation or other non-custodial sentences, which lowers the average jail time to about 22 days when all misdemeanor sentences are considered. For those who received actual jail time, the average sentence was about 48 days, while for those who did not serve jail time, their average sentence included probation, home detention, or a fine.

Sentences were based on what they did in the restricted area. With only being in restricted areas probably resulted in probation.
