Nah, I think he means concealing information about Biden's health from the public, holding fewer pressers, keeping Biden out of sight, and using questionable EOs (the way many presidents have done, tbh). The real crime was forcing Biden on those of us who knew he was too old and run-down to compete for reelection, claiming he won a primary nobody else credible competed in. That's the undemocratic thing he did.

Prosecuting Trump and his aides for their blatant crimes wasn't undemocratic or unconstitutional, but it wasn't wise, either. I think Gerald Ford was right to pardon Nixon, after all, and I didn't believe that until fairly recently. Some things are just best left to the people, and the prosecution of a former president is one of those few things. It was up to the people to prosecute and convict Trump last November, and they acquitted him, and now they (we) have to accept the consequences of that acquittal.
