I'm watching this now. Still on the first episode. And let me say, I don't think it'll work. These people are gangsters in their DNA. They got violent minds that can't be rehabilitated.

I think so too. I'm on E2 now. And they just opened the door. And 3 inmates have already said they weren't going to straighten up.
A lot of the inmates want it. But there's trouble brewing. Inmates wanting to be pod boss's.
