I do not believe "Black Lives Matter" is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that accepts tax-deductible charitable donations. Official non-profit military charities are also suspect because of the risk of "establishment" or fraternization due to foreign influence or hostile force majeure outside official chains of military command.

An unofficial militia is an indispensable part of American independence, but members of such a militia are generally responsible for procuring their own funding without getting in trouble with the law.
