Well, when was the poll done?

No idea but what power does she have?

She isn't in elected or appointed office

She has no prospect of obtaining office

She doesn't lead any prominent organizations or anything really.

She doesn't have the power to keep her husband happy and faithful. Even a common house wife can influence their husbands. (this is not to put down the common housewife. I think they have tremendous influence on the world. They are doing God's work. But the world thinks being a wife and mother as a waste of womanhood. So the fact that Hillary doesn't even have that much power of influence speaks volumes)
