Yeah, you have some pink champagne about 9:30 and wish each other a FAR FAR better 2022 than this mess we've got, and then you go to bed because, you know, 9:30!! Totally allowed.

And then later during a good deep sleep one wakes a little to the sound of neighborhood fireworks going off at midnight --- ah, to be young again.
