I said earlier that the florist, the baker, the photographer should have simply objected on religious grounds, but since the law is the law, supply the services and inform the customer that all profits of that sale would be donated to the most radical non profit fighting same sex marriage.

The ball is now in the customers court.

Seems a win/win to me.

How many times have you seen posted anything like this about a Muslim? They are definitely scared of Muslims, for good reasons. But a grandmother making a life for herself, she is fair game.

What about all the threads about the Muslim taxi drivers who didn't, for religious reasons, want to take fares that had alcohol or pets? They can get new jobs that don't conflict with their religion too.

What I find very interesting is that christians want to be able to discriminate people using their religion will open the door to muslims demanding that they should be able to discriminate against people using their religion.

The constitution clearly says that everyone must be treated equally under the law. What is allowed for christians will have to be allowed for muslims.

So if those stupid homophobe christians want to keep muslim laws out of our society, they have to stop trying to impose christian law on our society.

Just one question: why would a gay couple want to do business with a florist who does not approve of gay marriage? Why would they want to contribute to the profit of a business that does not approve of their lifestyle?

You DO know that couple did business with that florist just fine for 9 years and were shocked when she stated that suddenly Jesus didn't want her to provide them with flowers for their wedding. Right? You knew that, right?

The fact that she serviced those gay people for 9 years proves that she can sell gay people flowers and it won't harm her religion. It shows that she knows that her religion has nothing to do with her business. It shows that she knows that she has to follow the state's PA laws.

It also shows that she only wanted to play the "victim" and give the far right another thing to ***** and whine about.
