I can't help but wonder if Cruz comes from money and if that had anything to do with why he never suffered any consequences for his criminal and oftentimes violent behavior, prior to the shooting that is. This would include as well the attempts by the Broward County Sheriff & school resource officer to have him committed under the Baker Act.
