Florida's Red Flag law; good for the nation?

Florida's red flag law, championed by Republicans, is taking guns from thousands of people

Twice a week from her courtroom, Florida 13th Circuit Court Judge Denise Pomponio decides who in Hillsborough County can no longer be trusted with a gun.

Surprising to see a law of this nature in the gunshine state. It does seem to work and is embraced by most conservatives, or it wouldn't have become law.

So, how about a law like this for the entire country which is turning into one big shooting range? I would make one change to Florida's law and eliminate the word "temporary." I.e, if you lose your gun(s) under this law, you lose them forever.

The FBI is too busy going after parents of school kids and Trump supporters... They don't have time for a red flag....

The power runs through your veins, doesn't it? I doubt it would stop there if you could make a change.

It's a state/county issue, not a federal issue. Red flag laws would be abused given enough time. Your remarks
proves that point.
