But being a dei hire is a negative by its very definition.

If you are a dei hire that means you were ONLY chosen because of your sex, skin color, etc. You were not hired because you're the most qualified person.

A dei hire is by its very nature racist, sexist and discriminatiory. If you hire a black woman so you can be diverse you are in effect saying " we will not hire a white person or a man" which is both racist and sexist.

I personally wouldn't want to be a dei hire because that means I didn't get the job because I was capable, smart, strong, experienced, had merit or ambition. It means I got the job based purely on my skin color, sexual preference or sex. It tells me I have no value beyond just having a box checked for human resources to put on an audit.

The first two years of the Biden/Harris presidency we saw the crippling inflation convicted felon Trump's incompetence inflicted upon our economy that Biden/Harris wrongfully got blamed for but within the last year as Biden/Harris pilicies began to show returns we've seen prices stabilize and begin coming down in addition to record high jobs numbers.
In addition to this the Biden/Harris administration has worked hard to pass bipartisan legislation to secure our southern border but unfortunately congressional Republicans and convicted felon Trump have sabotaged these efforts at every turn forcing Biden to finally take measures through executive action which are already having drastic results in making our southern border the most secure it has been in a decade.
So yeah, no buyers remorse with the Biden/Harris ticket.
Old Joe is tired and ready to rest. He's done a lot.
Since we elected them both it's only right he'd pass the torch to Harris.
