Florida auto shop owner and angry customer shot each other to death, police say

I’m not sure what the problem is. Both people armed. Both were able to settle their differences in a satisfactory manner. What’s the problem?
Gun grabbing libs will disagree, but we can never have too many guns.

I’m totally cool with it. I don’t care if a couple RW nuts remove themselves from the voter rolls. I can’t imagine that the Libs will be all that upset either.

Some people are just monkeys. No sense of how to deescalate situations. Just monkey rage.
That sort of behavior is strongly encouraged by those who rule us today. It goes hand in hand with CRT and DEI

I read the link and learned that the Castle Doctrine will cover you in your home, vehicle, or place of employment. The stand your ground law covers you everywhere. Those are quite different.

From what i gleaned it also covered imminent threat.
If a I guy were to pull out a gun thats imminent and you can shoot him.
Look up Joe Horn and his case.

That would be self defense. Stand your ground allows you to shoot someone coming at you with their fists.

We're the opposite in Texas. Legal non-licensed open/concealed carry, and no stand your ground law. The Castle Doctrine means that you can stand your ground in your domicile. When out and about, nope.
In Texas we don't have to run from criminals. Get your info straight.

Surely you know who Joe Horn is and what went down right?
I don't know him, nor his story.

edit: I looked it up, he shot two burglars, that were at his neighbor's house. A Grand jury acquitted him.
That was 16 years ago. I knew I'd heard the name.

Both got what they wanted when they reached for their guns.
