Maybe she doesn;t want to lower taxes, maybe she wants to raise them and use the money for social programs so that the poor can get the help they need, be less likely to turn to crime and so the Middle classes can stop their seige mentality where they feel everyone is out to get them.

How are you going to pay for all the guns and bombs the GOP loves? Maintaining a worldwide military empire takes a lot of coin. Cutting revenue to the government would just add to the already titanic debt.
