You are using an often used argument but fact is that the bitches bypass the treasury anyway. So, in fact, when they leave, nothing happens but the sun will shine brighter. They don´t contribute to the economy (outsourcing) or the treasury (tax avoidance/evasion) or the people (hiring cheap illegal immigrants). They are burdens for the people, let them go, make them go!
See Greece for example. They feared the collapse when they said the rich are leaving. But it didn´t happen for two reasons:
1. The people realized they have no money, anyway.
