Conspiracy Theories start with questions...
If someone was really a racist mass murdering monster with an AK, would he really cap himself off after offing "just 3" in the sense that he had plenty of means to off more. A psycho armed with such firepower would likely target a much larger grouping of his targeted victims.
BUT WE HAVE VIDEO... of a man in a mask, we do not see his face, and he "shot himself" so case closed, racist mass murder, start gun control crusade...
Not buying it.
