There is nothing more “fascist” than imprisoning someone as a way to pimp the narrative of the day. There is a MAJOR problem with causation in this case. Certainly, this problem creates reasonable doubt in the minds of the finder of fact. The Chauvin conviction was nothing short of mob justice - a lynching, if you will - enabled by a leftist and corrupt system.

If we had TRUE JUSTICE, he would have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and would have already been released having served sufficient time for the offense. But since we have politically motivated justice, Officer Chauvin has zero chance of a fair trial.

Definitely so long as your concoction is his latest report. See, Fentanyl in tiny amount can kill humans. He was loaded with Fentanyl. I showed the report where the examiner ruled out physical force.

The appeal won't go through.

Trump won't commute sentence, but even if he did, he has no say over the state sentence. So the only net effect is that he would be transferred from Federal to State Custody.
