First the Autopsy does NOT say homicide.
The exact same medical examiner classified this death as a “homicide”. Go find that report, please.

Cite your source or **** off, dildo.
<~~~~~~>He was not resisting arrest. Furthermore, whites have resisted arrest and live. This racist crap needs to be moved to either conspiracy theories or the rubber room. Chauvin is not getting out of prison any time soon, so you racist can just keep whining.
I located the official report. If the official report troubles you, you locate your report. The exact same medical examiner classified this death as a “homicide”. Go find that report, please.

Why won't you prove that?Well you might want to refer to the document from the same medical examiner where he classified the cause of death and classified this as a “homicide”.
It kind of refutes your entire argument.
Why won't you prove that?
You mean move it somewhere that is more white friendly.<~~~~~~>
If this appeal goes through and another trial in a different venue is permitted, Chauvin may very well be freed.
If that doesn't work, Trump may commute his sentence.
A drug addled cardiac patient resisting arrest and succumbing to incapacitating techniques commonly used by LE everywhere, everyday without death. So what did we all see on National TV?
The only ones that are relevant, are the ones where someone was murdered.A drug addled cardiac patient resisting arrest and succumbing to incapacitating techniques commonly used by LE everywhere, everyday without death.
Shall I flood this thread of YouTube videos of LE doing this on all manner of recalcitrant individuals without issue?
If a XXXXX survive this restraint annually and X dies with known mitigating health circumstances and drug toxicology is it murder? The only ones that are relevant, are the ones where someone was murdered.
Sure it is, if he didn't have a knee on his neck he wouldn't have died that day.If a XXXXX survive this restraint annually and X dies with known mitigating health circumstances and drug toxicology is it murder?
Probably not.
People of every age, size and flavor who resist get that same knee everyday......across the nation. And dont die.Sure it is, if he didn't have a knee on his neck he wouldn't have died that day.
If we had TRUE JUSTICE, he would have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and would have already been released having served sufficient time for the offense. But since we have politically motivated justice, Officer Chauvin has zero chance of a fair trial.![]()
Finally, A Serious Challenge To Derek Chauvin’s Conviction
Greg. Joseph has meticulously assembled a record showing that Chauvin and, by implication, the other defendants, were subject to serious civil rights abuses.www.americanthinker.com
There is nothing more “fascist” than imprisoning someone as a way to pimp the narrative of the day. There is a MAJOR problem with causation in this case. Certainly, this problem creates reasonable doubt in the minds of the finder of fact. The Chauvin conviction was nothing short of mob justice - a lynching, if you will - enabled by a leftist and corrupt system.
People of every age, size and flavor who resist get that same knee everyday......across the nation. And dont die.
His poor health and resistance did him in.
Did you examine his body? Did you do an autopsy on him? I find it laughable when you fools try to tell us that he was just going to drop dead that day if he hadn't had been murdered by Chauvin.People of every age, size and flavor who resist get that same knee everyday......across the nation. And dont die.

Definitely so long as your concoction is his latest report. See, Fentanyl in tiny amount can kill humans. He was loaded with Fentanyl. I showed the report where the examiner ruled out physical force.I assumed that you were aware of this obvious fact. It has been out for years.
You really don’t know? I’ll be happy to show you but I at least want to know that it’s worth my time to dig it up.
If the same medical examiner claimed in a report that this was a homicide, then…what? Will you will admit that you were mistaken after all this time?
I read the autopsy report here are some relevant portions which are highlighted:Did you examine his body? Did you do an autopsy on him?
