Finally, A Serious Challenge to Derek Chauvin’s Conviction

It was not strangling, no more than if Chauvin has forced his dick down shit-head's throat.
He did not strangle with his arms or hands, but with his knee and the weight of his body, bringing the same end, while observers on the sidewalk begged him take his knee off of Floyds neck, fearing for his life, while floyd begged for his own life, and even after Floyd could no longer make a sound, but knew better than to interfere, less they meet the same fate. I have no pity to spare for Chauvin. He controlled his actions.

Chauvin should be released. He didn't do anything wrong. Floyd was on drugs and his death was due to his drug addiction, not the acts of Chauvin. It was a political sham trial. Free Chauvin. Police need the authority to deal with criminals and Chauvin was fulfilling his duty as a police officer. Even if Chauvin did anything wrong, he has been in jail for years and he has served his time.

I was referring to the manacles on his legs.
"No, George Floyd did not have ankle manacles (restraints) on.
The officers at the scene discussed using a hobble (a restraint device for the ankles that can also attach to the waist), but ultimately decided against it because they had already called an ambulance and it "seemed kind of excessive".

Your argument would be fine if Floyd died at home.

He didn't.

He died under the knee of Derek Chauvin.

There was no excuse to put a knee to the man's neck for nine minutes when he was already handcuffed and manacled.

20 years is a ******* gift.

There is no need for an excuse. Chauvin followed the procedures he was taught by the police department.

I get it. It really is not important to this debate how we define what Chauvin did to him. However, there is conflicting evidence as to what actually killed shit-head. He was a drug addict, suffered cardiovascular problems, had Covid, and was black (which brings about a whole assortment of possible health problems). If he were a healthy white man, for example, he may not have perished as a result of the officer's tactics.

Also, I think it is worth remembering that the whole reason Floyd found himself in such a predicament was that he went to store in the neighborhood, with illegal drugs in his possession, and tried to pass off some counterfeit money. Police were called. Police appeared and effected a valid stop of the perp. Said perp then started resisting the cops' investigation. He began fighting. He was the size of a big old buck bison, and it took several officers several minutes to finally subdue him. The police were all over the ex-con, in several positions, as they had been wrestling him.

Chauvin's knee ended up on shit-head's throat. Shit-head at some point started saying he could not breath. Now, RIGHT HERE, if I were in Chauvin's position, and he told me he could not breath, I would say, "**** you, asshole!! If you had cooperated with you would not be in this position!" But that is just me, and I am not a cop.

A similar thought probably crossed Chauvin's mind as shit-head was mumbling that he could not breath. However, even more on the tip of his mind was that the large druggie may have been trying to bullshit him into loosening up his hold so he could try to escape. With this very real threat staring him in his face, Chauvin and the other police had a duty NOT to let shit-head up, as he was clearly a danger to the community.

I highly doubt that most people would die based upon Chauvin did to shit-head. Of course, most folks would not have fought the cops like a drug-fueled raging bull, either. But shit-head has other problems. In the law, that does not necessarily mitigate criminal charges, as it has always been the case that you take the victim you get. In other words, if the victim had a bad heart and died from a heart attack when you stuck the your loaded gun in his face, it is not a defense that he had a bad heart.

But here, Chauvin was doing his job. During the scuffle with this buffalo, he and other cops had to wrestle him down. This probably exhausted said buffalo and, when coupled with the cardiovascular and respiratory issues, and the drug use, fucked him up. The knee on the back of the throat, which Floyd caused to be used, further exacerbated the situation. You have to understand, the entire fight was not shown in the video. All you see is what was going on AFTER the fight, as the officers had shit-head subdued. As mentioned, when he started mumbling about breathing, a very reasonable concern is that it was a guise to try to get free. But after such a tussle with this scumbag, the police were not about to let up on him and let him go. Hell, after all of the exciting of fighting with shit-head, Chauvin may not have even known that his knee was on the back of shit-head's throat.

By the way, if you watch the video with an open mind, one has to reasonably wonder what amount of pressure Chauvin was actually applying to the back of shit-head's throat. Chauvin's other knee was on the ground, surely support some of the weight of his body. Thus, it is not possible to even tell how much pressure was exerted on shit-head's throat, and for how long it was exerted. There is a complete failure of evidence here, clearly not supporting conviction.

I do not remember if Chauvin was convicted of murder or manslaughter. I am thinking it was murder, which, if true, was an incorrect finding, as there was no evidence that Chauvin intended to kill this ************. He was just trying to subdue him. His knee ended up on the back of shit-head's throat. So what?!? It was Floyd's fault because Floyd created the tussle that led to this.

The police need to be cut some slack when it comes to subduing crackhead, violent criminals fighting with them on the streets. I mean, under the circumstances I would have been find with Chauvin drawing his weapon and shooting shit-head. You cannot convict a man based upon one image. You have to consider the entire context of the event: the perp's asshole response to the cops, the perp getting violent with the cops; the ensuing fight where it tool several cops to subdue the big hound; the perp's drug use; the perp's health issues; and if I recall correctly, I believe Floyd swallowed all of his dope to keep police from seizing it and using it as evidence against him (which CLEARLY WOULD HAVE A DELETERIOUS AFFECT ON HIS ABILITY TO LIVE AND BREATH - fentanyl, among other things, slows down your breathing considerably).

We cannot make our policemen the insurers of the health of the perps in their custody, especially after the perp has been physically violent toward them. If Chauvin had pulled his pistol while Floyd was subdued and shot him in the head, thus executing him, then I would be with you. He cannot do that. In fact, he did nothing of the sort, despite some on the left alleging that he did.

I would give police immunity under these circumstances. I would call it the "Chauvin Rule", where you get to do whatever you need to do to subdue a violent perp ... PLUS 5 MINUTES ... This way you get to have a breather and relax after you just fought this degenerate turd.

Finally, let me point out that every criminal knows that if you fight with police, you have a pretty decent chance of dying. They are armed, after all. By choosing to fight with police here, Floyd consented to this possibility.

So, whatever, bro. You can take your position and I will take mine. Our legal system is designed to be fair and just. But under the circumstances of this case, there was no justice. I have no problem with civil judgments for wrongful death. But prosecuting those policemen was absolutely unjust and a complete affront to the rule of law.

Floyd was in the Cop car when he whined that he can't breathe. Chauvin was not inside the cop car causing him to not breathe. The jury got it wrong.

The city settles for 27 million with the family during the trial. Even the judge at the time mentioned it could be a cause for appeal.
That trial should have had a change of venue to another county also.
It was a kangaroo court with a predetermined outcome from the start to placate the mob.

What can you expect from a Blue Plantation City governed by Tampon Tim Walz that hid more than a Billion dollars in fraud,
The whole state and the Twin cities are poster children for corruption and white racism.
If you need a cop in the Twin cities you're whistling in the wind.

I seem to remember that when Chauven had shit-head down on the street he was saying he could not breath, because there were onlookers bitching and whining that shit-head was saying that. But I am not going to swear to it without looking it up and verifying it. I am getting old and my memory is not what it used to be.

Floyd started the con inside the cop car and Chauvin was well aware of it. So, when Chauvin had his knee on a non-vital part of Floyd, he simply believed it was more conning by Floyd. The death had no connections at all to Chauvin.

Is there a point you’re trying to make?
ME reports do not state COD as "homicide". They would say "gunshot wound, internal bleeding"; trauma from blunt object; narcotic overdose," etc.. "Homicide" is a legal term and it only applies if admitted or determined by the trier of fact. No ME report says "COD: Homicide".

Hell, being an ignorant leftist ****, you may as well lie further and state the COD states "MURDER BY RACIST, BIGOTED FASCIST CHAUVIN .... AND DONALD TRUMP". Asshole.

Just to be clear, are you claiming that the exact same medical examiner didn’t classify this death as a homicide?
