Finally, A Serious Challenge to Derek Chauvin’s Conviction

Sure....kid. Merciless. LOL..

Yep. Some of us, as you people whine and cry, might be encouraged to ease up on you.

But the more of an asshole that you people are, the more that will help people like me, argue that we need to be ever more merciless and purge you leftards from soceity completely.

So, keep being a complete asshole. It will be useful to me as I argue for your utter crushing.

It was a trained police technique that was used in Mpls and around the world before Floyd.

The department policy, in place for at least eight years at the time, divided permissible neck restraints into two categories, according to court filings and testimony Monday by the city police chief, Medaria Arradondo. Neck restraints were defined in the policy as a “non-deadly force option.”

One, called a “conscious neck restraint,” was for light pressure applied to the neck to help control a person without rendering unconsciousness. It was permitted for a person actively resisting.

The other was an “unconscious neck restraint,” in which officers could use their arms or legs to knock out a person by pressing carotid arteries on either side of the neck, blocking blood flow to the brain. The policy called for it to be used only for a person “exhibiting active aggression” or actively resisting when lesser attempts to control the person had failed or were likely to fail.

There was no murder of Floyd

The case that the prosecution used a LYING WITNESS COP to get that conviction,

seems pretty strong.

If true, as it appears to be, then the conviction should be overturned and the prosecutors and that lying cop, should be brought up on charges themselves.

The I can’t breathe pleas were going on fifteen minutes earlier when the cops were trying to get the overdosed criminal into the car. That was long before the curb restraint. Your link emphasizes the coordinated misinformation that ultimately led to chauvin’s conviction travesty.

Yea. If only there was a different way for four guys to restrain someone pleaing that he can’t breathe.

Maybe, in hindsight, kneeling on the neck of a guy who says he can’t breathe wasn’t the smartest idea.

Is it your contention that Floyd was “exhibiting active aggression” for the 9 minutes Chauvin had a knee to his neck?

That happens before the restraint part.
The part that media never shows.
Are you purposely being aloof?

I was not there and neither were you, but the jury saw that video and more, coming to the conclusion of convicting him of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd. I was brought up to respect the law, and the judgment of juries. So, you are making a plea to the wrong guy.

There was NO EVIDENCE that George Floyd was being choked out....really? There video of George Floyd telling Chauvin telling him he could not breathe. Chauvin murdered George Floyd, there is video of him doing so.

What was the racial make up of hte jury?

Do you think that resistance at any time justifies the use of that type of restraint indefinitely?

George Floyd WAS NOT RESISTING ARRESTING AAREST!. He was on the ground, Chauvin's knee on his neck for 9-Minutes. There is no denying that.

Look, another one. Hilarious.

What was the racial make up on the jury?

Not an issue, as much you racists would like to be one. Chauvin murdered Floyd pure and simple. Being a racist you refuse to accept that face.

Apparently the law enforcement community felt so. All over the world.
Some suspects are out of control.
Especially when under the influence.

That was the policy at the time. Period.
What I or you think is irrelevant.

They used a second autopsy to fit the agenda.
Video showed the earlier I can’t breathe pleas.
OJ was acquitted.
Try being honest.

No, simply pressing his knee restricting respiration and blood flow by Chauvin's weight pressing down, until dead. Not much getting around the video with sound.

Chauvin is white male.
Of fourteen jurors, 2 were white males. The rest were women and/or non-white.
What happened to ‘jury of peers’?

About what I expected. So, no chance of a fair trial.

And that my friend is the sorry ass, sad assed fact of the matter. Floyd was NOT resisting. Floyd was under control. A racist cop killed Floyd because he thought he could get away with it. If he thought he could get away it, so what just another dead black man killed by a racist cop.
