Ah so you honestly can't/won't answer the question. The truth is, nothing happens. You guys just think you can resist arrest. The fact is, that black guy in Ferguson would have been arrested and booked and maybe went to jail. Why? Because he's a violent criminal. You can't deny that. We have it on tape. He stole and he was violent with the store owner and then got violent with the cop. Had he put his hands behind his back he would not be dead. Had he not stolen he would not be dead. Being black has very little to do with it. Oh, and his dad is going to go to jail for causing the riot. He said burn this mother down? Now we know why the kid turned out the way he did.

Stop getting "uppity" when the cop says you are under arrest. I didn't like being arrested too but I went along with it and fought it in court. You are not going to win if you fight a cop or even argue. Being nice might get you out of the ticket but it may also not.

Oh, and did you hear the City of Detroit got caught or BUSTED telling their cops to give 3 tickets a day. That's against the law!!! Now that I have a problem with. They want to raise money so they go out and give tickets? So you know what I'm going to do? Not speed. And if I get pulled over I'm not going to argue with the cop. I'm going to take my ticket and maybe try to fight it in court but good luck with that. I'll probably just pay the ******* ticket.

In ever case the black criminal did something to cause the beating they got. Show me one situation where the black peacefully was arrested and the cops shot or beat him

I have a question. Do witnesses dispute the kid hit the cop? Does anyone corroborate that the kid hit the cop even once? Slammed the car door on the cop? Did any of that really happen? When I first heard it I didn't believe the kid did any of that. I thought his cop buddies probably put those marks on him just like Zimmerman roughed himself up after he killed Treyvon.

All I need to know is if the kid hit the cop even once or slammed the door on the cop, then the kid got what was coming to him. You can not charge an officer of the law for defending himself. Show some ******* respect for the cops next time and you won't end up dead. I say yes sir no sir to the officers when I see them. Time to grow up black people and learn some respect. I know what happened after the 68 riots and the Civil Rights movement and the Black Panthers you guys aren't afraid anymore but now is the time to stop being thugs and a violent angry baby mama drama society. Did he hit the cop? Then the cop is innocent. If he didn't then the cop is guilty. Does the kids friends dispute what happened? I doubt it or that would be public. I think he did hit the cop. Sorry black people. Innocent.

He basically made this Officer Wilson vs Lying ass witnesses who cant keep their lies together.

Now I heard the officers side of the story and it isn't like every witness is disputing his version of how it went down.

Did the officer probably lose it and shoot the guy dead? Yup. Do I blame him? Not really. Not based on all the evidence I heard so far.

If I hit a cop and went for his gun I would expect to get shot. I'm a big guy too. I can see a little cop or female cop shooting me if I got violent with them. Sorry bruthas. Sorry black community. I think the spotlight should be on YOU GUYS and not the officers who are sworn to protect us. You guys have to learn how to behave. No offense but start raising your kids right. Its the truth. We do need a national conversation but not about bad cops. We need to have it about the black culture/society that can't seem to get over slavery. We know life isn't fair. In fact I think it isn't about black and white it's about poor vs. rich. To the rich we are all n*#&rs.

So what should black people do? How about instead of rioting you vote next midterm? Elect a candidate and show up to vote. Rioting aint getting you nowhere.

If it weren't for FDR you would not have SS and Medicare. If it weren't for Democrats or liberals you wouldn't have a middle class because without them unions would have been squashed a long time ago.

Great example more recent maybe you'll understand. Remember the poor in the 1990's? They weren't as poor as the poor are today. So while there may always be poor people, the question is, "how poor should they be?" Because the GOP free market thinkers would have us living in a survival of the fittest type society. There were 30 NO votes in the House on the Social Security bill when it passed. 15 D's and 15 R's voted NO. There were 6 NO votes in the Senate, 1 D and 5 R's. That seemed to be pretty bi-partisan to me.
And, FDR had nothing to do with Medicare since it didn't become law until 1966.
