This was in UK? Well, I won't be going back there.

Just the other day, I watched a program on Jeffrey Dahmer the cannibal. He was caught three times--- and let go. Once a 14 year old minor escaped him after trying to drill a hole in his head, running down the street bloody and naked. Folks saw and called 911 to get help for the boy. Police showed up and gave the minor back to Jeffrey and left. Jeffrey finished drilling the hole in his head, killed and ate him.

Lessons learned:

1. These people made the mistake of not telling police he was in their bathroom attacking and assaulting their children. Then it is no longer trespass.
2. Better idea: next time, catch the creep, hit him over the head, take him out somewhere and throw the bum off a cliff.
