As part of the U.S. Crisis Support Package announced by the White House , the State Department awarded a contract to B.K. Engineering for razor wire to help "defend the ...borders ...." The contract was awarded on June 12, but was just posted online this week.

An $8 million package was announced to help secure the border at the same time as a larger $50 million aid package.

Oh yes .. you didn't think I meant OUR border did YOU ?? No of course not - it's the border between the Ukraine and Russia

Maybe they could send a couple of hundred 3-D printers to the Mexican border so they can crank out razor wire 24/7.
