Yes, the gamesmanship among Clinton, or Obama, or Biden judges, to throw a monkey wrench in all things President Trump, has reached a new level of 'can you top this!'.

The guy in question had an Order of Removal back in 2019, and finally was removed a week or so ago.

But maybe an administrative error had him sent to the wrong country (but the gang in El Salvador he said he feared, and immigration court said back in the day he couldn't go back to El Salvador) was broken up by President Bukele. But, the guy is a citizen of El Salvador and was sent to El Salvador.

I say Bukele should refuse to return a citizen of his nation, what is the judge going to do then?

Alternatively, fly him to a military base in the USA, and immediately deport him, per the Order of Removal, to another country.

Trump to quit presidency to become more powerful district judge.

Paladin, Paladin, where do you roam?
Paladin, Paladin, far, far from home."

How can some dingbat judge order the return of an El Salvadorian from El Salvador?

Moronic.

SCOTUS ruled 9-0 in favor of President Trump.

They ruled the district court had no authority to command the executive branch to forcefully remove an El Salvador citizen and bring him back to the US.

It ruled the best the US could do, is “facilitate” his return if the El Salvador government were to bring him back to the US. If such a thing were to happen, the US would take him into custody and deport him since he had an outstanding deportation order.

Why do Dems claim this 9-0 ruling is “against” President Trump?

The cope on the left is at an all time high.

More lib loon lying turns out 9-0 and they will lie that the tally is incorrect

So the Trump administration is admitting that they violated a withholding order from a judge. Knowingly.

Fascinating.
But….but…but…turned into butt fucking for you hate America’s

There was a judges order not to send him to El Salvador

Trump sent him to El Salvador.

Trump knowingly violated a court order.

Fact.

You don’t accept the definition of what a “branch of government” is

The Supreme Court has ruled against convicted felon Trump's claim that he can deport and incarcerate any person having U.S. citizenship or legal protective status, having been in the U.S. for ten years, and with no criminal record.

The Trump regime has admitted to making a mistake that has inflicted grievous harm on a family and endangered the victim of that admitted mistake, but is now whining that it is impotent in correcting it.

Another instance of a great nation's rapid devolution. Xenophobia, incompetence, and contempt for law and order.

Another American citizen with no criminal record and, consequently, not under parole, was threatened by the elderly criminal's regime:

"Again, DHS is terminating your parole. Do not attempt to remain in the United States - the federal government will find you. Please depart the United States immediately."

Surely, the cult can find a better object for its mindless worship.

Not what they said. You shouldn't rely on the MSM for the truth or actual facts.

Here, in part, is what SCOTUS said:

... the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s authority. The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs. (emphasis added)

Applicable section of the Supreme Court ruling:

"The United States acknowledges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal."
The Trump regime is persisting in a crime.

It is obligated, under law, to correct it - as would any perpetrator after a court so rules.

Tough noogies. He was an El Salvadoran living here, his non-return order was purely based on the assumption he might be in harm if returned there, but the El Salvadoran citizen has been returned to El Salvador and we are not about to invade the country, break him out of prison and steal him back.

He is home now and his government is not interested in giving him up. Case closed.

And? That is not an order of SCOTUS. And you failed to say anything about what I posted. Interesting.

Try harder.

Oh, and there was no crime. Other that is than Garcia being illegally in the country, as immigration court said, as BIA said, as Garcia admitted.

How much time did you spend over the Rachel Morin rape and murder? None, I would bet. Now there is a crime, a horrible crime.

Living legally in the United States for ten years, with no criminal record, and admittedly deported by mistake, I fail to understand why you have decided that this Maryland sheet metal worker should be kept indefinitely in a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador.

Trump and Bukele have both publicly proclaimed their impotence in correcting this travesty of justice. Why do you applaud that?
