I have seen no evidence he was planning to discriminate, but have not followed him closely. Could be just Trump, being Trump, and still sore, The Trump family had to settle a lawsuit in 1975 regarding violations of the Fair Housing Act, agreeing to a consent decree that prohibited them from discriminating in rental practices. Although they denied any wrongdoing, the settlement allowed for increased access to their apartments for qualified Black and Puerto Rican renters.
