You also left out the part where he put his truck in gear and started moving his truck that reportedly hit two officers, the agent who fired at the truck said he did it to stop him from possibly running over them.
So - yeah, if I am surrounded by cops all of a sudden. I am not going to get all tough guy, and sure as **** not going to start moving my vehicle when they are standing all around me.

It was a traffic stop. They should have turned off car and followed directions.

Clearly this video doesnt show what led to firing shots.

They were being apprehended and hit gas that turned the vehicle into a weapon.
