my question is why on earth did they let these restrictions go up in the first place and why are the courts allowing it?
What part of free speech is difficult to understand?
Why is it the Court has no problem extending protection of speech to areas such as age restriction for video games, obscenity, etc. but have no problem putting speech restrictions on political speech?!
Lets put a high priority on protecting low speech and yet low priority on protecting the speech that is essential to the political process our nation is founded on. Im so sick and tired of this crap.
