Fear mongering or simply informing?
I suppose it’s all in the perspective in which you view it. I tend to see it as a reminder that the worst is over for now but there may be more to come. It seems reasonable to me. I see it always moving towards more control. In our country the main tool has shifted from fear to division. Gone are the days of the Red Menace and the Axis of Evil and it has been replaced with the move to divide us a long as many lines as possible.

COVID is real, but it was also used as a tool of both fear and division. Even now we are being divided along the "vaxxed vs non-vaxxed".

None of it is happening by accident, but by design. As long as we are fighting each other, those in DC have unlimited power
