Make it clear the west will supply Ukraine indefinitely
Offer Ukraine NATO membership by the end of the year if Putin does not make concessions
Increase sanctions on Russia and those who trade with them

Why should Putin settle? He pretty much owns Zelenskyy's ass now.

So, fail at what Biden tried to do and failed at too. The time to settle this war was three years ago. Ukraine is too beat up and Putin is too invested now, militarily and emotionally, to settle now. Since Zelenskyy is committed to total non-compromise, Trump has few options left than to back out of it and let Putin pummel Ukraine.
