When a group of unidentified men wearing masks banishing firearms in a black SUV drives up to a lone women and demand she get out of her car, she did exactly what she did the right thing, try to escape for which she shot to death. Without any other real evidence, murder is the right word.

She was obstructing law enforcement. Law enforcement demanded she get out of the car. She KNEW they were law enforcement. Instead of peacefully obeying directions from those she KNEW were law enforcement, she tries driving away and in the direction of one of the law enforcement agents while another law enforcement agent had his arm in the car while she was driving away. Self defense is not murder.

She drove her car toward them and they shot in self defense. But, yes, you don't give law enforcement shit and when they give you directions you'd better follow them. Not doing these things never ends well. If she had been smart enough to not even be there then she would still be alive. Once she started moving the vehicle there were no agents in front of the car. The two agents involved were to the left of the front fender and the passenger door. Shots shatter the left side of the windshield and through driver's side window.

Trained officers should not have allow this to progress to this point. First, an ICE agent should have approach the car and ask her if she had a problem because she was blocking traffic. And explain that If she does not move the car she will be towed. That did not happening. Instead 4 or 5 men in black wearing mask surrounded the car with weapons drawn and multiple agents screaming at her to get out the car. That is a common technique that ICE uses to scare illegals.

It was the wrong technique in this situation. It scared the women all right so she backed up and tried to escape and we know the rest.

Having ICE agents on the streets during protests is a big misstate. They are not trained to handle protests and riots and only incite the crowd.
