The DOJ needs a new property/ Evidence Mgr, They keep loosing evidence. I have found 22 cases of evidence being lost, something is really wrong when a Police Departments looses that much evidence and no one gets charged. Is it like you can just walk in to a evidence storage area and walk out with evidence like Heroin or POT in a case. Then turn everyone of the Drug dealers lose.
