Thank you for acknowledging that the PROVEN Trump-Hating Hillary-Supporting Extremist who voiced his AND THE FBI's ("WE will stop him") intent / determination to stop Trump from winning the WH and remove him from office should he win (Conspiracy, Sedition, Treason...) removed the specific wording within the Final FBI report on their investigation of Hillary Clinton, removing the words 'grossly negligent' in describing how Hillary had indeed committed crimes, in order to protect Hillary from indictment (Obstruction).

The FBI publicly declared they had recovered over 15,000 official documents from Hillary server, documents she attempted to delete / destroy during her intentional Obstruction of Justice consisting of her criminal non-compliance with a subpoena, illegally deleting official documents, using Bleach Bit on her computer, illegally / criminally destroying devices - which her team admitted doing, stealing and withholding sim cards before turning in the few devices they did give up...
- Over 30,000 criminal counts of violating both the FOIA and Federal Records Act, over 15,000 criminal counts of Obstruction of Justice just counting the documents she attempted to destroy alone, criminal counts of illegal destruction of classified in violation of specific laws / regs / rules, etc.... Just scratching th surface of the proven crimes she committed, there are over 40,000 criminal counts that could have been filed against her but from which she was protected

Rhetorical Question

Appointing a Special Counsel would have been a sure sign the DOJ - who was complicit in the Obstruction and protection of Hillary - wanted to actually investigate, find out the truth, and hold her accountable.

From the FVI texts telling how Obama wanted to be kept up on everything being done to Comey stating US AG Lynch DIRECTED him to treat the investigation as a 'matter' rather than an investigation to evidence that Lynch and Comey wrote the exoneration letter before witnesses had been interviewed to th FBI's, Comey and the IGs public declarations that Hillary had broken the law but excused it away / justified not indicting her with BS excuses ... the Obama administration was determined to hold onto 'jurisdiction' / control of the entire scandal so they could control its outcome....which they did.
