FBI doubted probable cause for Mar-a-Lago raid but pushed forward amid pressure from Biden DOJ, emails reveal

Clear intent, and Biden showed classified documents to at least one person with ZERO security clearance.
I thought the story was Biden talked to the guy on the telephone.

according to Special Counsel Robert Hur's report, President Biden read classified information from his notebooks aloud to his ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, multiple times while working on his memoir, though Biden denied sharing classified material and claimed he viewed his notebooks as personal property, similar to past presidents.

So you told a LIE when you said Biden showed them.

Reagan is why they cut the presidential records act.
Did you ever go to school?

Nixon was why they created the presidential records act. Which wasn't signed until Gerald R. Ford.
And didn't take effect until the next president Ronald Reagan.

Jeezzzzzz read a history book. Google it. Learn something.

And the reason they didn't charge was because they claim Biden wouldn't be able to comprehend what was going on in a court.

Funny how you ignore that.
That's politics for the 400 lb gorilla in the room.

Just like William Barr's executive summary of the Mueller report.

That doesn't negate the fact that Hur found that Biden had broken the law multiple times.

Whether or not he thought a jury may or may not buy it is inconsequential.
The whole jury question is a red herring.
As you know the government gets to exclude jurors preemptively and for cause. And if a potential juror was shown to be sympathetic to the defendant, they would be dismissed. Just like the defense would have a juror antithetic to the defendant, would be dismissed for cause.

Leaving only neutral jurors, which Hur claimed would be sympathetic, with no logical foundation.

You excuse Biden who kept his for a long time, yet blast Trump who had some for a short time.
You conflate had them for a long time and didn't know he had them.

And had them for a shorter time, but knowing he had them, and committing overt act after overt act trying to actively retain them.

Just answer the questions dude you're not smart enough to use analogies.
There were empty folders, because Trump hid the contents in a less conspicuous form.
Which attaches additional mens rea to his criminal intent.

Funny there was no evidence of that in the pictures

What the **** is this supposed to mean?

Mens rea, Latin for "guilty mind," is the crucial mental element in criminal law, meaning the prosecution must prove the defendant had a culpable state of mind (intent, knowledge, recklessness, or negligence) alongside the guilty act (actus reus) to secure a conviction. It's about what the person was thinking or intending when they committed the act, distinguishing accidental harm from intentional crime.

They used a battering ram to break down a door the police were defending.
That was after they drove the protesters forward with flash bangs and were beating the protesters.
After all they killed Boyland and babbit.
Democrats Blocked the National Guard from being there or it never would have happened .
Looks like the police were out of line and Over The Line to me.

You left out, they had a battering ram.

That they used to break down a door the police were defending.

That's a purely OFFENSIVE weapon.

Explain why the crowd had a battering ram?
If they were purely peaceful?

That's what Tater said. Now post what the author said under oath. I bet you won't.

Oh, and you still have ZERO links, Cut-n-Paste Boi.

I quoted the Hur report that Biden "read" from his diary. Not that Biden "showed" his diary.

I'm quoting Hur.

Now you're calling Hur a liar.

Congrats !!!!

Reagan cut the EO that activated it

Trump said they were nice conversation pieces to have. DUH.
The whole jury question is a red herring
Make Hurs findings of intent and knowingly and willingly possessing classified documents go away.

He found multiple instances listed in the report. Whether or not he decides to prosecute is his decision.

It doesn't make his findings change.
