FBI doubted probable cause for Mar-a-Lago raid but pushed forward amid pressure from Biden DOJ, emails reveal

Not at all. The DoJ got a warrant looking for classified documents and they found them exactly where they thought they'd be.

That's not a fishing expedition.

We know there were some MAGA hacks in the FBI trying to slow walk the investigation, but they were wrong then and wrong now.
LOL So the ends justifies the means, huh?

Easy to claim given you provide no proof. I have provided proof.
Patel doesn't even say the FBI opposed the search warrants in his preface letter.

As your link is a graphic PDF, the specific parts can't be copy and pasted.

But none of them object to the search warrant, only of the timing, as in give Trump's lawyers more time to "negotiate" vs performing the search while the boxes were still where Nauta said they were.
And concerned that Nauta was transforming from a witness to a suspect in the collusion to move the boxes into areas not subject to the search warrant.

It's pretty hard to argue that the search wasn't a good idea when they found exactly what they were looking for.

What do you have against competent investigations?

Document your claims since I find nothing proving your claims.
The media is not reliable, even on the current reports from Congress.
All documents were returned to Trump.
What the hell are you looking for then? Thousands of gov documents were confiscated and it was all over the news:

As per previous post in this thread:

Indictment directly references all this, complete with pictures of boxes of gov documents

Give us al relief by presenting some proof. Tell me why Trump would treat it all like junk and lay it on a floor?

What do you say about the top-secret documents located at Biden's properties?
It was thoroughly investigated and determined they didn't have sufficient evidence to support charges.

What do you say about Trump's obstruction of justice?

Not me Clarence. It was the FBI saying they didn't have probable cause. They were arguing for a less intrusive procedure.

But your cult need the spectacle and humiliation.

Disgusting weaponization of our justice system

Same for Trump, as you claim for Biden.

Whoever wrote that memo gave their opinion which was proven to be wrong.

They did have probable cause, which is why a judge signed off on the search warrant.

Not at all the same for Trump. The prosecutors determined ample evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump had stolen classified documents.

Moreover, they found ample evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump had obstructed justice repeatedly in his attempt to hide the documents from investigators.

You take solace in the fact hat that they found Biden was a vegetable. Scared the **** out of us non-cultists.

They never convicted Trump, over that issue.

They would have if it had gone to trial. The evidence against Trump presented in the indictment and supporting documents was extensive.

I mean, Trump publicly admitted he took the documents too.
