Thats not moralism, and there has been chatter about other people planting IED's, the truck crossing the border , and it was a rental truck that changed hands,
AND it IS being treated as a terrorist act ... NOT by me but by the governement. You cant treat it as a terrorist act and then simply say, YUP, home grown terrorist, end of story.
Its not even one day passed so you leave everything on the table until all leads are exhausted in case of terrorism.
