Really? You mean like the death threats, attempted violence, and outright rhetorical attacks on the Supreme Court Justices from the left? They are doing on a legal basis, I'm sure.

You see me defending any of that? Oh, and it's not just the left threatening judges. Whenever Trump starts whining about a judge, they get a flood of these same kinds of threats. That has nothing to do with what we are talking about.

So, no one is calling for actual jailing, except for those who harbor and aid fugitives to escape law enforcement.

However, they have wholly moved outside the bounds of law into personal ideology. They even remark and laugh about how they're against "Trump".

They need to be put BACK into their lane. Only Congress and the DOJ can do that, so those are the departments in our society we are calling on to rein in out-of-control ideologs in the judiciary.

The DoJ does not have constitutional authority to decide if a judge is "in their lane". Suggesting they do is absolutely crazy.

I disagreed with a lot of rulings from crazy ideological judges. The 5th circuit especially is turning themselves into a laughing stock of hard core partisanship. I never called for them to be arrested.

People have been getting death threats from the left for a decade or more, yet the ONLY Time I see it condemned is when it is aimed at the left. Go figure.

The problem you seem to be ignoring is that we are talking about District Judges who are bypassing ALL OF OUR REPUBLIC by issuing nationwide injunctions. A process they should never have access to.

We elect people for a reason, and that means even if you don't like the results, you cannot do anything about it. Elections have consequences.

The People want this fraud dealt with. That is controversial to ONLY one side of the aisle. The left.

You want to peacefully protest, then do just that.

That means you stand on the sidewalk, OUT OF THE ******* WAY, and do your little chanting and waving of signs.

I’m honestly tired of paying high taxes just to watch fraud get ignored or explained away. Fraud doesn’t hurt “the government” …….. it hurts taxpayers and drains resources from schools, infrastructure, healthcare, and from people who truly qualify for assistance. When the system is abused, everyone else pays more.

Holding people accountable shouldn’t be controversial. Enforcing the law isn’t cruel, political, or discriminatory….. it’s how a functioning society works. Ignoring fraud only encourages more of it and undermines trust in programs that are supposed to help the most vulnerable.

If we expect citizens to follow the rules and pay their fair share, why wouldn’t we expect the same accountability when those rules are broken?

Apparently you don’t actually think that violating the constitution is an issue for federal court because you want the DoJ to arrest judges who say you’re violating the constitution.

If not, then we need to create one, adn teh sooner the better.
