Spying did occur. The question is, "was it legal". Barr and Durham are investigating. I'm assuming that they will uncover the biggest scandal in US history, when the Obama admin illegally "broke into" and setup the Trump campaign using the power of the US intel agencies. Then they tried several coup attempts to disrupt hos presidency.
We'll see what Barr and Durham find. Either indictments or whitewash.

The Impeachment was based entirely on the Ukranian Military Aid scandal.

WHAT SCANDAL?

1. NO CRIME WAS PRESENTED
The Democrats' own 'witnesses', when asked directly to name either a crime committed or an 'Impeachable Offense' COULD NOT DO SO. Their own Constitutional Expert testified that President Trump did NOT violate the Constitution, did NOT break the law, and did NOT abuse his power...but stated under oath that the DEMOCRATS have and continue to do so.

2. NO EVIDENCE PRESENTED
NO EVIDENCE of crimes committed by the President was presented during the House's coup hearings.

The NON-whistle Blower (where's the link, lying snowflake?) does not qualify as a whistle blower, witnessed NOTHING, & had only HEARSAY to offer.

The prosecutorial divisions of the DOJ investigated BEFORE the Democrats blew it up into 'Impeachment' and DISMISSED it because there was NO CRIME, NIO EVIDENCE, and NO WITNESS.

It was such a FAIL for Democrats that Schiff was forced to attempt to present a self-authored fictional account of the phone call between the President and Ukraine PM as evidence of a crime - It was a crime alright, and Schiff committed it by attempting to falsify evidence. 4. THE TRANSCRIPTS PROVE THE DEMOCRATS LIED

The TRANSCRIPTS of the call prove what the Democrats claimed is a LIE. These TDS-suffering hate-driven mentally unstable nut jobs actually want to base Impeachment based on THEIR definition on the word 'US', claiming the use of the word 'US' is direct proof that Trump was extorting / blackmailing the Ukraine PM...a claim / charge that was ABANDONED by the Democrats and not included in the Articles of Impeachment because they know the claim based on their definition of the word 'US' is f*ing NUTS!

5. DEMOCRATS WANTED TO INCLUDE PARTS OF THE (Weismann) MUELLER INVESTIGATION IN THIS IMPEACHMENT

Proving they STILL haven't gotten over the EMBARASSING Weismann-Mueller ass-kicking they took through both the report's finding that there never was any illegal collusion between Trump, his family, his team, etc... and the Russians AND Mueller's humiliating testimony under oath in which he revealed he did not know who Fusion GPS was, had not read 'his' own report, and did not even know who was on his own team, Democrats brought back up the Weismann-Mueller report in discussion about this Impeachment. 6. DEMOCRAT CONSTITUTIONAL EXPERT: FASTEST / WEAKEST IMPEACHMENT IN US HISTORY

During Nadler's coup hearing, the Democrats' Constitutional Expert testified that the Democrats' rush to Impeachment was the FASTEST in US history based on the WEAKEST case in US history.
