The father apparently is going to skate, as it certainly should be enough evidence for neglect leading to the young girls death!

The father of a 7-year-old Guatemalan girl who died after being detained by the US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) said he has "no complaints about how Border Patrol agents treated him and his daughter," Guatemalan Consul Tekandi Paniagua told CNN on Saturday.

The consul said the father, Nery Gilberto Caal, told him agents did everything they possibly could to help his daughter, Jakelin Caal Maquin, after she became sick on a a bus. The bus traveled from the Antelope Wells port of entry in New Mexico to a Border Patrol station in Lordsburg, New Mexico, about 90 minutes away.

She died December 8 in a hospital in El Paso, Texas, authorities said. The cause of death has not been determined.

Hearsay and conjecture are not allowed as admissible evidence in a court of law.

It would be far too politically incorrect in the world eye now to actually hold this guy responsible for killing his daughter, because after all, "the cause was just": trying to immigrate (illegally) to the USA for a better life. Such things are only reserved for American taxpayers, especially if they are white, conservative and Christian.

Nevertheless, we all know that he indeed is responsible, more than anyone for the girls death. At 7 years of age, she was too small and too young to determine whether she wanted to make this crazy journey or not. She got dragged along by the father.

I'm surprised more young kids aren't dying in all this lunacy. One baby was reported to be only 8 months old, and another was born after the mother got over to the American side.

I wonder if little Jakelin wasn't one of those little kids we saw being thrown from the top of the wall, down to waiting relatives on the other side. Such actions could be lethal to a small child. Imagine the impact on their heart and internal organs. Click the link to see the video of it.
