Store owner Luis Janota said 10 or 12 ICE agents entered the retail area after receiving complaints and were looking for documentation. They did not ask for anyone specific, he said.

Again, if true the courts are going to release those they are picking up. You can't arrest someone simply because they are not carrying a license or passport.

The article says that people are being taken out of their vehicles at traffic stops and deported. This guy was supposedly taken from a gas station.

We know this how? If the wife didn't tell the kids what happened, then she and they were not with him at the gas station. Not unless she leaves them home alone. I seriously doubt that ICE gives those kinds of details to journalists.

I suspect that her husband was arrested in a way that would generate much less sympathy.

I hope she gets her gofundme account up fast. Not many people will donate to criminals, and there will be a glut of such accounts looking for money soon.
