No. That's why, for example, you won't be jailed for lying about the science on global warming, or abortion, or gender, or any of the multiple cases where conservatives babble completely insane things about the science. Thank the liberals for your free speech. You are free to deny and lie about all the science you want, and you can't be prosecuted for it. Laughed at, yes, but not prosecuted.

Now conservatives, they're codifying scientific censorship. See, for example, AgGag laws, which make it illegal to scientifically report on the activities of big agriculture. Or try scientifically reporting on the activity of big coal, and big coal will immediately sue you, knowing they can't win, just to bankrupt you with legal fees. Or look at Net Neutrality, with conservatives fighting to let corporations censor the internet.

All liberals oppose such censorhip, while most conservatives support it. Scientific censorship is what conservatives do. They have to, because all the science contradicts conservative cult religious dogma.

DNA is widely used these days in criminal cases both to convict and release convicted persons.
