Not even a shadow of his former campaigning self. In 15/16 he was at least dynamic and able to tell a story, even with those stories were false, inflated, or just straight up gaslighting.
Now???...it's just a version of the Greatest Hits. He's incoherent at times, rambling, losing his train of thought. The crowds behind him bore within the first 15 minutes of him talking...because they've heard it all before.
