So, we can't expect black women to be perfect and they need to be allowed to stumble. The logical inference is that she thinks black women need special allowances. I guess we should expect white women to be perfect. Liberals truly don't believe blacks and whites are equally capable. It's obvious from their policies, and they'll say it out loud if you let them talk off-script enough. Even black liberals think this way.
