FAFO

How do you know they aren't someone they're looking for? Or are you just speculating?
Because they just want to know if they’re a citizen or not.

Do you think ICE cares about reasonable suspicion before they detain people?

Like I said, how are you so sure they don't have documentation that they are who they're looking for?

Because they’re asking them if they’re a citizen. They’re looking for anyone who is illegal. Not a specific person.

You can’t stop people without reasonable suspicion.

Do you think ICE actually cares about the constitutionality of their actions?

So you don't know. Got it.

So you don't know. Got it.
Because it’s obvious from their behavior and their questions.

I understand you’re a hack and don’t want to think for yourself.

Every day that this continues, we have more and more examples of ICE blatantly using excessive force, unconstitutional detainment and arrest, threats and assaults.

And the right will ignore all of it.

But you're not there and only rely on what you've been told.

I can see, listen and think for myself.

You can’t.

You’re desperate to find any excuse to make it okay.

Do you think these guys actually care about the legality of their actions?

Yet again, you’re desperate for any excuse to avoid reality.
I've seen those videos too and more often than not they don't reveal the entire story.

You know, just like you massaging the facts to suit your arguments. You do it all the time.

Learned behavior?

Why would DHS hold anyone accountable?
You tell me.

Except you have to think of increasingly outlandish explanations to justify the behavior.
You tell me.
They have no benefit from holding anyone accountable. The narrative matters more than the law. In this administration, admitting they’re wrong is a mortal sin. You’re not allowed to do it even if you look like a moron.

There were two prosecutions which were both dismissed recently where ICE shot someone. In one, the ICE agent clearly accidentally fired their gun but later came up with a cover story claiming they did it intentionally because they feared for their lives.

If DHS were interested in accountability, they wouldn’t have been lying to prosecute someone to cover up their own stupidity.

Pointing out the selective editing to try and present a false narrative that you and your news sources do all too often is the reality.

One cop got bumped with a car and was shot.

Meanwhile ICE is out there shoving a nonviolent guy in front of a moving bus and we just have to accept it.

There seems to be a difference in consequences here.
So you don't wait until people get out of the way before you hit the gas. Interesting
