The SU-35 has no stealth capability, but has better maneuverability. The SU-35 has crappy Russian avionics, radar, and support systems that are far inferior to those for the F-35. The F-35 also has vertical takeoff and landing, while the SU-35 doesn't. The SU-35 carries a couple more missiles but the F-35 can carry almost any ordnance we have. There are other differences.
