They only called themselves Palestinians, or you were calling them Palestinians, because they came from the Mandate for Palestine. Before that they were called Arabs. Arab Christians or Muslims.

None of these people are being erased and none who did not try to kill Jews was treated abominably between 1920 and 1948. It was a war started by the Al Husseini clan against the Jews to keep them from having a sovereign state of their own ON their own ancient homeland.

You do not mention at all how the Jews were treated before or after 1920 in Palestine or any other Muslim land. Not surprising.
