Doctors say that collagen is needed for the health of joints and ligaments. 2 years ago I had joint problems and I was concerned because I was on a lacto-vegetarian diet and there was no collagen in my diet. At first, I took collagen separately, as well as glucosamine-chondraksite. But this only exacerbated the problems.
Then I quit all the supplements and just exercised. Now my joints are in absolutely normal shape, as in childhood. I can do a lot of swinging on the gymnastics bar, sprint and jump from a height of about 2 meters without any joint problems.
Doctors lie: collagen is not needed for joints. This is a PR for immoral meat-eating
