The tricky part is trying to keep the dictator benevolent.

I remember being in the former Yugoslavia when Tito was in power and everything was much better than Bulgaria which was more strictly Communist.

He won't be adding millions upon millions of migrants to our population all of which you are expected to pay for their upkeep. He will do his best to find a way to bring existing wars to an end and he won't be doing things to instigate new ones.
