The evidence is strong that Trump ordered the deletion of the videos at Mar-a-lago AFTER he received the subpoena. Just a few days after.

With his own IT guy recanting his fault testimony that he didn't remember being ordered to delete the videos, instead implicating Trump directly in deleting them. This backed by extensive text messages on the topic.

You may not be able to tell the difference between BEFORE and AFTER. But a rational person could.

A mishandling of documents charge has no bearing on whether or not the person did so intentionally or accidentally. Thats why they made it so it doesnt matter if its on purpose or not.
