There are 120,000 dead with no administration approach that claims the problem existing. Even Face Masks are spurned--at the highest official federal level--as some basis of control of the spread. That is a conscious and deliberate lack of response to a lethal outbreak, similar in lack of response to apparent payments of Russian Intelligence to Taliban tribal accounts. Those are thought to be bounty payments, supportive of intended killing of US Nationals.

Two complete disconnects from lethal outbreak prevention measures is easily now thought a Crime Against Humanity. "We didn't know anything" is not a defense, especially in this year of world-wide high tech communication advances.
