This is not the real problem. The problem is Putin and his criminal gang and his stupid, senseless and criminal war on Europe in the Ukraine. And Donald Trump did do what seems to be the only thing he knows to do: "divide et impera" - even if he has not any lousy idea about what this words mean. Trump fulfilled all of Putins political war dreams including a weakened and splitted western world. The question is now: Will the Ukrainians still be motivated to continue to fight - although the USA is on the side of Putin? And will get the Ukrainians from Europe the material and support they will need for to continue to fight and to throw the Russians out of the Ukraine and/or to conquer Russia. In the consequences of this deeds Russia could develope an interest really to take part in peace negotiations - with or without Putin. What Donald Trump did do was only an absurde farce. “Search for the guilty, punishment of the innocent” was what Donald Trump tried to do.
