ESPN is streaming little league tournament games.

Yes, They have been showing those games for decades and the quality of play is off the charts compared to long ago.
The infield defense, the awareness, Pitchers with 3-4 different pitches. Bases loaded grounder to short to home and Catchers tagging home and DP to 1B unheard of by 12 year olds. Overseas teams from Japan or Asian buttoned up and efficient lol!

I make my yearly pilgrimage to Williamsport to see the series. That has to be the cleanest, most wholesome event anywhere. No smoking or chewing. And those kids can play. If anyone ever gets a chance to experience the LLWS, don't pass it up. It's amazing. Parking and the games are free.

My town won state but lost to SC by one run after defeating AL.

The kids got home about 2100 Friday evening and there were a couple thousand people applauding them.

FRONT ROYAL, VIRGINIA — For the first time in 64 years, Front Royal Little League won the state title.

The team of 12-year-old All Stars won the title Wednesday, edging out a team from Centreville 6-5 in the state tournament in Caroline County.

Led by manager Joe Cook and assistant coaches Jesse Henry and Shane Wines, the team advances to the Southeast Regional Tournament where they’ll play Alabama on July 31 in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Set for 7 p.m., the game will air on ESPN Plus. A community watch party is planned for the Brick House Bar & Grill on Chester Street in Front Royal.

The Little League tournament is great. The umpiring at times causes pain.

Japan is on now steamrolling American team from GA. Looks like a 10 run rule mercy killing.

Buttoned up respectful skillful energetic neat clean orderlyJapan.

Almost shameful watching confused inadequate ready American players. What happened? We invented the game.

Now? No pitching? Nothing but bat flipping hot dog kids staring down pitchers like Soto? Don't see that BS from Asian kids.

In the 77-year history of the Little League Baseball World Series, International teams have won 37 Championships, while teams from the United States have won 40. The state with the most championships is California with eight. Chinese Taipei is the country with the most titles with 17.

The best players dont play LL in the US. It's a 2nd tier league at best. Maybe 3rd or 4th tier.
